MINISTER OF HIGHER EDUCATION ATTENDED THE LAUNCH OF PHD PROGRAMME AT DILI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

Delhi, 9 December 2025 : S. Ex. Minister of Higher Education, Science and Culture, Dr. Jose Honório, participated in the launching ceremony of the Doctor of Business Administration Program, as a result of the cooperation between Dili Institute of Technology (DIT) and UCSI University, Malaysia.

The ceremony began with the signing of a commemorative plaque, performed by S. Ex. the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Culture, along with the Magnificent Dean of DIT and the President and Vice-Chancellor of UCSI, as a symbol of cooperation between the two institutions.

Ambassador of Malaysia to East Timor, Mr. Amarjit Singh Sarjir Singh, as well as leaders, faculty, staff and students of DIT were also present at the ceremony.
