𝐃í𝐥𝐢, 𝟎𝟗 𝐀𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃í𝐥𝐢, 𝟎𝟗 𝐀𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – O Ministro do Comércio e Indústria, Nino Pereira, reuniu-se com os membros da Comissão Organizadora da Reunião dos Ministros do Comércio da Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa (CPLP).

Nesta reunião, foram discutidos os progressos preparatórios necessários para assegurar a fluidez e o sucesso da organização deste importante evento internacional, que terá lugar nos dias 1 e 2 de junho de 2026, em Díli.

A Comissão Organizadora e o Ministro abordaram também o principal subtema deste encontro, que será apresentado pelo Ministro do Comércio e Indústria na reunião do Conselho de Ministros da próxima semana.

O Ministro Nino Pereira sublinhou a importância estratégica da reunião para consolidar o papel de Timor-Leste na CPLP e reforçar a integração económica entre os países de língua portuguesa.

O Ministério do Comércio e Indústria desempenha um papel fundamental como “motor de desenvolvimento”, acelerando o processo económico e gerando impacto político e social para o futuro do país.

Minister's Meeting with the Organizing Committee of the CPLP Trade Ministers' Meeting

Díli, 09 April 2026 – Díli,09 April 2026 – The Minister of Trade and Industry, Nino Pereira, met with the members of the Organizing Committee of the Meeting of Ministers of Trade of the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries (CPLP).

At this meeting, the preparatory progress necessary to ensure the smoothness and success of the organization of this important international event, which will take place on June 1st and 2nd 2026, in Delhi, were discussed.

The Organizing Committee and the Minister also addressed the main sub-topic of this meeting, which will be presented by the Minister of Trade and Industry at next week's Council of Ministers meeting.

Minister Nino Pereira underlined the strategic importance of the meeting to consolidate the role of Timor-Leste in the CPLP and strengthen the economic integration between Portuguese-speaking countries.

The Ministry of Trade and Industry plays a fundamental role as an "engine of development", accelerating the economic process and generating political and social impact for the future of the country.
