Kandidatu sira ne’e sei partisipa Akampamentu durante loron ualu ( 8 ), iha ne’ebé sira sei aprende kona-ba:

✅ Komersializasaun/Marketing

✅ Identifika pesoál ka traballadór sira

✅ Organizasaun no Jestaun

✅ Aprovizionamentu iha Negósiu

✅ Planu Finanseiru

✅ Identifika Kapitál Inisiál no Fonte Kapitál potensiál sira

Programa ne’e hola parte iha Projetu YEES, ne’ebé finansia hamutuk husi KOICA, Governu Timor-Leste liuhusi MCI, no UNDP, ho objetivu atu promove empregu, empreendedorizmu, no diversifikasaun ekonómika iha Timor-Leste tomak. 🌍🤝

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬: 𝟒𝟒 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐈𝐂 𝐕 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 🚀🎯

After visiting more than 60 aldeias across 11 municipalities to interview and inspect BIC 5 applicants with a total of 112 applicants (63 Male and 49 Female), the evaluation team from MCI and UNDP-YEES successfully selected 44 candidates (29 Male and 15 Female) to advance to the Bootcamp Phase. 🙏🌟

These candidates will participate in an eight-day Bootcamp, where they will learn about:

✅ Develop Business Plan

✅ Generate and strengthen Business Ideas

✅ Marketing

✅ Identify personnel/workers

✅ Organization and Management

✅ Procurement for your Business

✅ Cost calculation

✅ Financial planning

✅ Initial Capital and potential Sources of Capital

This program is part of the YEES Project, co-funded by KOICA, the Government of Timor-Leste through MCI, and UNDP, with the aim of promoting employment, entrepreneurship, and economic diversification throughout Timor-Leste. 🌏💼
