After visiting more than 60 aldeias across 11 municipalities to interview and inspect BIC 5 applicants with a total of 112 applicants (63 Male and 49 Female), the evaluation team from MCI and UNDP-YEES successfully selected 44 candidates (29 Male and 15 Female) to advance to the Bootcamp Phase.

These candidates will participate in an eight-day Bootcamp, where they will learn about:

Develop Business Plan

Generate and strengthen Business Ideas

Marketing

Identify personnel/workers

Organization and Management

Procurement for your Business

Cost calculation

Financial planning

Initial Capital and potential Sources of Capital

This program is part of the YEES Project, co-funded by KOICA, the Government of Timor-Leste through MCI, and UNDP, with the aim of promoting employment, entrepreneurship, and economic diversification throughout Timor-Leste.
